Day 7 Traveling

Hi everyone,
For this hectic and chaos world we are living in today. I've decided to make this entry about all the places in this world that we would like to or have traveled. This creative inspiration could be about any place you want to include in your art. I will give you an example of what you could make (note: the example I give you, you can not use it otherwise it's plagarism).

I am going to use Tokyo Japan as my main concept for my art. I bring in subjects such as photographs from google.

Now what I've done is compile all the images I found interesting about Japan. I am more attrative to bring colors and very vibrate images. Now it depends on you what you find but I use this concept helpful when I have art block. Now that I've found images I then observe them, such as the lettering on the first image attracted me. In my artwork I may choose to use that font and pick two words to describe what is Tokyo or whatever I feel that kicks in.

The city is also nice to add but for this art work I won't use it. Now the second picture I see a huge mountain, and lots of cherry blossums. I will end up using that concept with my art. The third picture I may put aside and use it for another art piece.

The fourth picture I may take the women wearing kimono dress and incorporate it. Lastly, the rest of the images are showing temples or emperor palace I may choose to use that in my artwork. Now the technique I used is only one technique that's out there you may choose to look at color only, details, texture whatever you decide. But remember to focus on what your main concept, and may need to research about it. It's up to you on how you go about it.

Start on picking a random place then work from there.

Well I hope this helps for those of you who are struggling artist blocks

See you all later. :)

Day 6 Finding that Spark

Hi everyone,
Hope you all are staying safe and enjoying this beauitful day! I am so stoke to show you another art inspiration that I found. So couple of years ago I was staring at a blank canvas and I said to myself. Why is it so hard to come up with something! I started to look at the paint and materials I had around me and I just took the colors that stood out to me the most and started to paint. Then I found glitter glue and some DIY texture powder that I made of my own. I created something new I name the art work, "You are like fireworks."Now I won't attach the image of the artwork on to this blog, because I like to keep my art work under wraps from those who like to plagiarize other people art. But have no fear, here is an example that you can be inspired.

Even though this is not a picture of artwork, I got inspired by this image on Pinterest. I love the brightness of color and the dark background. My favorite part of the image is the gold and the quote shown on the image. Now for your own art you could add a sparks, maybe a quote, or using the word trust since the girl I'm assuming is hold a sparkler outward. You can also use words like you make my day bright, brightness, you have a spark, etc.. I hope you find inspiration from this image, as well as I did. Remember don't limit yourself and don't plan your art work sometimes it's good to just do it.

If you would like more ideas or inspiration please feel free to email me. Or follow me on Instagram: hmstrmailmeow.

See you later! :)

Day 5 Finding your paradise through art

Did you ever a imagine a place where you found peace?

My peaceful place is Destin Florida!

My favorite part of Destin was being able to forget all my worries and about life. I loved the bridge I use to cross between the condo and the houses around the area. If you looked around it was paradise the water separated the houses, blue sky, tropical plants everywhere, and most of all it was quiet. The last part of Destin I enjoyed the most was going to the private beach and being able to sink my feet into the wet sand. At the same time I would turn around the sunset was right behind me.

Here is the picture I took when I turned around.

Now that I shared my favorite paradise, what's yours?
Your paradise could be your inspiration (use words)
Color to express the mood
If paradise for you is not in this world, then show it in your art.
You can use any types of media with this piece!
This inspiration is all about taking your time, and being relaxed when creating your art

Things to think about or include in your art:

Animals
Plants
Landscape
Symbols
Fantasy objects (some people paradise is being able to fly)
The people who you wish were there with you
Atmosphere
Weather
Home

There is so much that can be added, if you need more ideas feel free to email me.

See you all later :)

Day 4 Flowers/Plants

Hi everyone,
Today we going to be putting some vibrant colors and details in our artwork. How about doing flowers as a main concept.

Here is an example of what you could do, I added vibrant colors by using markers and draw with pen. It's simple, easy, and vibrant.

This an example of another image of flowers: Watercolor and Ink Flowers

Put feeling (words) in your flower painting
Create and use photoshop with flowers as your concept
Abstract artwork
Use women's rights and incorporate flowers into it
Paint a garden of flowers like the kind in wizard of oz
